[Giselle is sitting in front of the camera. She is smiling slightly, but her breathing is heavy and her eyebrows are furrowed.]

I don't want to panic anyone...but I may need some help. I...

[She pauses and takes a few deep breaths.] I think the baby is coming. Robert was called into a last minute meeting he couldn't get out of and he's on the other end of the city right now. I've called him, so he's on the way to meet me at the hospital but I'd rather not-

[She bends over, letting out a cry of pain as a contraction passes. Again she breathes heavily. After a moment passes she looks up again.]

I'm sorry. It's just...I'd rather not go by myself. I don't want to bother everyone, but is there anyone who can keep me company?

Are you sure you're okay alone? D'you want me to come over? How long ago did it start? [His sister has had kids, after all, and he knows that if it hasn't been that long, then she really should be waiting before going into the hospital--they're likely to send her right back home.]

[Ten minutes later, Ianto's knocking on the door to her apartment]

Giselle?

[Of course it takes her a few minutes to waddle over to the door and unlock it for him. When she finally opens the door she is smiling, but it is obvious that just the trip to the door wore her out.]

Ianto! Thank you so much for coming!

Giselle. [He takes a step forward, shutting the door behind him and reaching out to put a hand on her arm to greet her as well as to brace her, leaning forward to give her a kiss on the cheek in greeting. He pulls back, but keeps his hand there]

It's no trouble at all. How are you feeling?

[She gladly takes the offered support and leads him to the living room where the couch is.]

I'm alright as long as it's between contractions.

[Ianto walks with her, carefully guiding her along with him to the sofa, before helping her to sit down]

Is there anything I can get for you? Anything I can do for you?

[She relaxes into her spot on the couch. For the moment, she's doing alright.]

A drink of water would be lovely.
